  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, and public holidays.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected delivery option, and parcel size.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.


Returns & Refunds (CPA-Compliant)

Q: Can I return a fragrance if I change my mind?
Yes, provided the item is unopened, unused, and sealed, and the return request is made within 7 days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Q: Can I return an opened fragrance?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned.

Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the CPA.

Q: How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and are issued via the original payment method.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
