Returns & Refunds
This policy is aligned with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and applies to all purchases made within South Africa.
Cooling-Off Period (CPA Section 44)
In accordance with the CPA, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period for certain transactions.
However, due to the nature of fragrance products and health and hygiene considerations, the following conditions apply.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns provided that:
The item is unused, unopened, and sealed
The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
The product is in its original packaging and in resale condition
Returns will not be accepted for:
Opened or used fragrances
Products with broken seals
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
This is permitted under the CPA where goods are not suitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods (CPA Section 55 & 56)
If you receive an item that is:
Defective
Damaged in transit
Incorrect
You have the right under the CPA to request:
A repair,
A replacement, or
A refund
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued using the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Approved returns may be refunded, after which a new order may be placed.
